Terms of Service

lastegg.io is a minimalist, global tapping game where players collectively tap a shared egg. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only, on an "as is" basis. No monetary or material rewards are awarded.

You must meet the minimum age required in your country to consent to data processing (typically 16 in Germany without parental consent). You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

lastegg.io is built on honest, manual tapping. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers or any automated tapping
• Exploiting bugs or interfering with anti-cheat systems
• Leaderboard manipulation, coordinated farming, multi-accounting
• Reverse-engineering, scraping or attacking the infrastructure

We operate active anti-bot and anti-cheat heuristics including device fingerprinting, input-rhythm analysis, server-side validation and Cloudflare Turnstile as a verification challenge. Suspicious accounts may receive reduced effectiveness, silent cooldowns or human-verification prompts before any visible action is taken.

Accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in automated or abusive behaviour may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, be warned, rate-limited, hidden from leaderboards, suspended or terminated.

The lastegg.io brand, design, code and content are protected by copyright. Any use outside the limits of statutory permissions requires the operator's written consent.

No availability is guaranteed. The Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, incidents or external factors. Game mechanics, features, visuals and these Terms may be changed, evolved or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

The Service is provided without warranty of availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability for intent, gross negligence and for damages from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
